The Community Strategies Group (Aspen CSG), a division of the Aspen Institute, serves as a central resource for equitable rural community and economic development. Their mission is to bring together people and innovative ideas to foster improved economic outcomes for rural America, including its Native populations.

To elevate their online presence and promote initiatives like the Thrive Rural Framework, Aspen CSG partnered with Kompleks Creative for a custom WordPress website. Our approach focused on improving the information architecture and enhancing the overall user experience (UX). By analyzing user trends and conducting in-depth consultations, we designed the site to present content in a more intuitive and accessible way.

We introduced a vibrant color palette and incorporated organic shapes throughout the website design, inspired by nature and rural landscapes. These elements bring a fresh and dynamic feel to the website, aligning with Aspen CSG’s commitment to fostering growth and sustainability in rural communities.
