Operations Assistant

Kompleks Creative is searching for a part-time operations assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience and knowledge with business operations and project management.

The operations assistant reports to the director of operations and works toward ensuring a smooth business environment with the focus on operational efficiency. This position requires attention to detail, advanced communication skills and knowledge of business operations, process and administration.

We expect this position to convert into a full-time position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and process client paperwork (contracts, tax documents, receipts)
  • Support project management through communications, client/project reporting and preparing for meetings and activities
  • Maintain and serve as the administrator for staff calendars
  • Screen job applicants and onboard new team members
  • Process payroll
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment in the studio and storage facilities
  • Assist in communicating project scope to project team
  • Assist in developing project timelines and tracking
  • Disseminate reports to clients and the Principal
  • Assist management on business related tasks
  • Manage the Kompleks studio inventory and the overall space

qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or an MBA
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Knowledge of marketing, branding and communications industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
