The Sonja Haynes Stone Center for Black Culture and History at UNC-CH is a heritage center that focuses on African American culture and history. We designed their semesterly Milestones newsletter, creating a classic and timeless look that was simple and straightforward. Following the completion of the first Milestones newsletter, we had the opportunity to work in more creative capacities with the The Sonja Haynes Stone Center for Black Culture and History at UNC-CH. This included the graphic designs for their La Sombra y el Espíritu, Nina Simone and Big Mama Thornton events.
