Forward Justice is a nonpartisan law, policy and strategy center dedicated to supporting the efforts of social justice movements in the South. The organization seeks to shift narratives, change law and policy, and build a strong base of dedicated partners.

Initially, Kompleks Creative was brought on to provide website consulting. We worked with Forward Justice to restructure their information architecture and align their content with the way they run the organization. To encourage website visitors to get involved and take action, we introduced a secondary color and further developed their visual identity. Understanding their position as a non-profit, we prioritized fundraising calls-to-action throughout the web design such as a mailing list signup and donations. This custom WordPress theme has built a dynamic space for storytelling where Forward Justice can highlight the work of their partner institutions.
