In fall of 2010, Dame’s “Almost” World Famous Chicken & Waffles opened in Downtown Durham. An untraditional dish served during the Harlem Renaissance era, chicken and waffles was influenced by the jazz music scene. Dame’s is all about the love of food and love of the music that inspires the food.

Shortly after opening, the Kompleks Creative team was asked to develop a new web design for the restaurant. We accomplished our objective of making website visitors crave a meal by capturing photos of some of the entrees. We even created a business card design to include one of their most delectable photos.
