The Startup Stampede is an important piece of Durham’s economic development history. Originally, an initiative of the Greater Durham Chamber of Commerce, NC IDEA and American Underground collaborated in 2012 to revitalize this two-month intensive program. Alumni include The Art of Cool, Organic Transit and Offline Media. Kompleks Creative had the honor of rebranding this program and in doing so, ensured it had a heavy “Durham” aesthetic.
